Founder of Canmar Services Limited, Don has dedicated the past 38 years to serving each represented condominium on a personal level. Don has been a panelist and presenter at the local and national level of CCI.
Meet Joan
As VP of Operations and COO, Joan Buck brings over 38 years of property management experience with condominiums in Nova Scotia. While presiding over the day-to-day operations at Canmar, Joan brings a wealth of knowledge and modern-day condominium management techniques to the Canmar family.
Meet Kim
In her role as Senior Property Manager, Kim Ryder has over 20 years’ experience as a condominium property manager, as well as a strong background and knowledge in construction. She assists in the management of all our properties and brings excellent customer service and technical expertise to our team. Kim also excels in building maintenance systems and construction project management.
Meet Suzanne
Suzanne Buck joined Canmar in the summer of 2023. She brings considerable knowledge and experience in interactions with condominium owners to bring about positive outcomes. While helping in the management of properties, she also works with office staff to improve our processes. Suzanne also manages residential homes for Canmar.
Meet Glen
With a background in city planning, real estate analysis, and commercial office asset management, Glen Cluett has over 20 years’ experience in asset and building management with the federal government. He holds a real estate license and knows what it takes to maintain the value of your condominium. Glen provides property management services at Canmar and also offers real estate services. As office manager, Ruth Madden is the first point of contact for most condominium owners and has been a valued member of our team for the past 5 years. She came to us with a strong background in customer service and has a financial background in the corporate world.

Susan Pendlebury assumes the role of Financial Specialist at Canmar. She has a strong financial background and has been doing the statements and financials for Canmar for the past 19 years. Her expertise in her field leads to quality and accurate financial reporting year after year.
