Canmar Services Ltd. is an established, family run, property management company focusing primarily on condominium developments in Nova Scotia. We service Halifax, Hants and Lunenburg Counties.

We have more than 38 years experience providing comprehensive property management services to condominium boards for all types and sizes of condo developments.

We handle everything from managing projects, sourcing and overseeing contractors, producing budgets, managing the corporation's finances, and much more. We work closely with the board of directors to implement the objectives of the condo corporation and to protect your investment.

Canmar Services Ltd. was founded in the Fall of 1985 to fill what we as a company considered an emerging need for hands-on, responsive, quality property management services of condominium developments within the city. We are a duly registered corporation which formed first as a partnership in October 1985 and we then incorporated in December 2001.

Condominium management of a diverse mixed portfolio of condominium properties has been the mainstay of our business for almost 40 years now. Since 1985, we have expanded our business but always keep in mind the main importance and focus on the quality of the service that we provide. We would rather not manage too many properties if we know it would have a negative impact on the quality of service we provide on a daily basis. We are about quality service delivery, but we are more importantly about building a strong relationship with our boards, superintendents and owners.
